§ 72.30 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BICYCLE. A device propelled by human power on which a person may ride, having either two or three wheels in tandem, the wheels of which are more than 14 inches in diameter.
   ROLLER SKATES and STREET SKATES. Small wheels near the toe and near the heel of a shoe or frame that would attach to a shoe which are used for gliding on a hard surface, such as a floor, sidewalk or street.
   SKATEBOARD. Refers to a self-propelled device consisting of a short oblong board with small wheels at each end, ridden on a hard surface such as a floor, sidewalk, or street, and propelled by the rider's feet.
   TO ROLLER SKATE. To skate on any type of roller skates or street skates.
