(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a snowmobile upon a public street, road, or highway, or upon any public property unless specifically designated for the use of snowmobiles, or upon any private property without the express authority of the owners of the property.
(B) It shall be a misdemeanor for any person to violate the provisions of this section.
