§ 71.03 PARKING SPACES FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES REQUIRED.

Every shopping center within the city shall provide parking spaces for persons with disabilities in numbers to conform with the requirements of M.C.L.A. § 125.1352 as amended. A violation of this section shall subject the person to be fined not more than $250.
