§ 70.37 MEDICAL EXAMINER'S CERTIFICATE.
   A person shall not drive a motor vehicle unless he or she is physically qualified to do so and, except as provided by this chapter or the Motor Carrier Safety Act of 1963, Public Act 181 of 1963, as amended, being M.C.L.A. 480.11 through 480.19, has on his or her person the original, or a photographic copy, of a medical examiner's certificate that he or she is physically qualified to drive a motor vehicle.
