(A) All service connection taps shall be installed by the building contractor. The city shall levy a permit fee, charged in accordance with the Comprehensive Fee Schedule in Chapter 12 of this Code, to cover inspection costs, administrative costs, and installation of the meter and accessories. All costs shall be borne by the property owner.
(B) In addition to division (A) above, rates for meters of sizes indicated shall be at the city’s current purchase price.
(C) All property zoned for industry under the Zoning Code, for the purpose of water service, shall be required to use a service pipe of a minimum diameter of two inches.
