§ 50.02 SERVICE CONNECTIONS.

Service connections shall be installed by the building contractor upon payment of the required connection fee and meter installation fee. All meters and water connections shall be the property of the city. Connection fees and meter installation charges shall be not less than the cost of materials, installation costs, and overhead attributable to installation.
