§ 39.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the definitions of SMOKING, PUBLIC PLACE, PUBLIC BODY, and MEETING, as set forth in Public Act 198 of 1986, being M.C.L.A. 333.12601 et seq. are adopted.
