§ 37.12 EXTENSION PERIOD.
   Whenever the last day of the period to apply for redetermination, or to appeal any decision, determination, or redetermination falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, the period shall run until the end of the next day which is not a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday.
