§ 33.169 DIRECTOR; BOND.
   If a Director is employed as authorized by Public Act 197 of 1975, being M.C.L.A. 125.1655(1), he shall post bond in the penal sum of $5,000 as required by that section of the statutes, payable to the Authority for use and benefit of the Authority, and filed with the City Clerk.
