§ 32.10 SALARIES AND POSITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT.
   Salaries and positions of employment are as established by Council. All past ordinances in effect as of the time this code was adopted dealing with and pertaining to salaries and positions of employment shall be saved and incorporated by reference as a part of this code.
