(A) Payment. Water bills may be paid without penalty at the collecting agencies designated by the city on or before the last day for payment, but not afterwards. All monies so collected shall be deposited in an account designated by the City Treasurer on the next banking business day after receipt by the agents on account of water bills. The agents shall give to the City Treasurer all duplicate paid water bills for which payment has been received, together with a duplicate deposit slip for the full amount paid on account thereof on a preceding banking business day. The agents shall be paid the sum as authorized by Council resolution for each bill collected.
(B) Water bill collection agents. Bill may be paid at the following locations.
