SECTION 15.07 CITY MANAGER.
   The first City Council elected under this Charter shall, within 90 days from the date of its initial meeting, appoint a City Manager. The first City Council also shall, at its initial meeting, appoint an interim City Manager to serve until the City Manager assumes office.
