SECTION 15.03 FORM OF BALLOT.
   The form of ballot for the submission of this Charter shall be as follows:
   Shall the proposed Charter for the City of Garden of City, drafted by the Charter Commission which was elected August 7, 1973, be adopted?
   YES   NO
and shall also be set forth on paper ballots for absentee voting in the usual manner therefor.
