SECTION 15.02 SUBMISSION TO ELECTORS.
   This Charter shall be submitted to a vote of the qualified electors of the City of Garden City at the general election to be held on Tuesday, November 5, 1974, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. The City Clerk shall give and publish notice of such submission as the law requires.
