SECTION 2.02 THE COUNCIL.

The Council shall consist of seven members, one of whom shall be the Mayor, nominated and elected at large in a nonpartisan election. All persons elected shall take office at the first regularly scheduled Council meeting following the certification of election results by the Board of Canvassers.
