The village shall not provide water or electricity. If on village property, such services, if necessary to the food truck, must be self-contained. The food truck operator must provide trash collection containers for customers and all trash, whether of the food truck operator or of the food truck operator’s customers, must be removed by the operator at the time the food truck is closed for business.
