Only one food truck may operate at a time in the village on Monday through Thursday. Two food trucks may operate at a time in the village on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Provided the application is complete and approved by the Village Administrator, the first food truck operator to apply for a given time period will have first right to operate on a given day or at a given time.
