(A) The price of single lots in the village cemetery shall be $395 to be charged to all parties.
(B) There will be a yearly increase of 3% in the lot costs and burial fees. Prepayment for the opening and closing costs of a burial in the village cemetery not be accepted due to a yearly increase of 3% in the costs.
(C) Opening-closing charge shall be $395 for vault burial and $195 for cremation burial. Saturday openings shall carry a surcharge of $100. Vaults shall be required, except for cremation burial.
(D) Seventy-five percent of the lot sale price shall be placed directly into the Cemetery Trust Fund to provide perpetual care for the lot maintenance. This amount shall stay in place in perpetuity as a capital fund and only the interest shall be drawn for purposes of operation and maintenance of the cemetery.
