§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 92.01 through 92.05 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 60 days, or both.
   (C)   (1)   Violation of §§ 92.20 and 92.21 shall constitute a minor misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to $150.
      (2)   Each day shall constitute a separate violation.
