(A) The following village streets will be no through truck zones. These areas will be posted with signs.
(1) Ward Street from West Brooklyn Street to Kokosing Drive; and
(2) Duff Street from the Acland Street fork to East Wiggin Street.
(B) For purposes of this schedule and the regulation of vehicles in the village in accordance with this schedule,
TRUCK shall mean any vehicle with a gross vehicle weight rating of Class 6 or higher, as defined by the United States Department of Transportation.
(C) Any operator who operates a truck in contravention of this schedule shall be subject to a fine of $50 for the first offense and $100 for each additional offense.
