SCHEDULE III. SCHOOL ZONES.
   (A)   The village shall establish a permanent school zone on East Brooklyn Street for the back entrance to the playground for Wiggin Street School. This school zone will be marked with signs and street paint per the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (OMUTCD).
   (B)   Each set of signs shall be erected 300 feet east and west of the Wiggin Street School back entrance to the playground on East Brooklyn Street per the OMUTCD.
