§ 34.015 POSITION ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   The office of Administrator of Income Tax for the village is hereby established and said Administrator to have all the powers and duties set forth in §§ 34.030 through 34.052.
   (B)   The said Administrator will be paid a salary, payable from the General Fund. Upon approval of the charges submitted by a vote of Council, the Fiscal Officer is authorized to draw a warrant on the General Fund of the village for payment of the Administrator’s charges.
   (C)   Council shall from time to time by affirmative vote appoint a qualified party to serve in the capacity as Administrator of Income Tax for the village.
