(A) There is hereby established a special fund to be known as the Federal General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund under the provisions of R.C. § 5725.12.
(B) All monies paid to the village under the Local Government Fiscal Assistance Fund, being 31 U.S.C. §§ 6701 through 6720 shall be credited to said fund and expended in accordance with the terms and provisions of said federal act.
