(A) There be created the position of maintenance person under the supervision of the President of Council of the village, and that the position be filled by a resolution of the majority of Council.
(B) It is hereby declared to be that a monthly salary, payable in two installments, shall be paid based upon a work week of 45 hours.
(C) The salary for this position be charged to the General Fund.
