§ 32.05 POWERS, FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
   (A)   The Village Administrator shall have those powers, duties and functions as provided by the laws of the state, including R.C. § 735.273, and in addition shall have all other such powers and duties as prescribed by the Council of the village.
   (B)   The Village Administrator shall direct and coordinate the administration of the Water, Wastewater, Street, Cemetery, Parks, Lands and Buildings Departments. The Village Administrator shall assume the position of Zoning Inspector, Street Commissioner and the duties of the Board of Public Affairs.
   (C)   The Village Administrator shall be under the general supervision of the Mayor, and shall have such other powers and duties as are prescribed by ordinance or by law and are not inconsistent herewith.
