(A) No person shall consume beer or intoxicating liquor on any of the public streets, sidewalks or public ways in the village.
(B) No person shall consume any beer or intoxicating liquor in a motor vehicle in the village.
(C) Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined an amount not less than $5 nor more than $100, or be imprisoned for a period not exceeding 30 days, or be both so fined and imprisoned.
