§ 53.61 DUTY OF OWNER OF LAND BENEFITTED BY PRIVATE WASTEWATER LIFT STATIONS.
   It shall remain the duty of the owner of land benefitted by a private wastewater lift station to monitor the lift station for obvious signs of the need for repair, and such owner is hereby required to immediately notify the village of the need for repair.
