§ 53.56 PERMIT.
   Prior to installing any private wastewater lift station, the landowner desiring to install such a lift station shall file a written application with the Village Administrator for a installation permit. The application shall be on such form as the Village Administrator may require, and in any event shall include the full name and address of the property owner; the County Auditor’s permanent parcel number for the tract or tracts to be benefitted by the lift station; shall briefly detail the location proposed for installation; and shall set forth the reasons the applicant believes a lift station is necessary. The Village Administrator shall, within ten business days after receipt of a lift station application, approve or deny the application in writing. If the application is disapproved, the Village Administrator shall state specific reasons for the disapproval, and the landowner shall have 30 days from the date of such disapproval to appeal the decision to the Mayor.
