The village retains the right to contract for service for other municipal users outside the village corporation limits in accordance with the terms and conditions of an intermunicipal service agreement. The agreement shall contain provisions regarding operation, maintenance, and replacement costs and allocations, debt service charges and surcharges, nature and extend of service, ownership, and maintenance of facilities outside corporate limits, applicability of existing sewer use and pretreatment program ordinances, and any other provisions as needed or as required by other governmental agencies.
