§ 53.09 USER CHARGES.

(A) Annual rate increase. Effective with the billing starting on or about April 3, 2022, in addition to the minimum charge and/or any metered rate there shall be an annual rate increase of 2% applied to each user.

(B) Current rate. The current rate of sewer in the village is and shall be $11.77 per thousand gallons of water used.
