§ 53.05 POWERS AND AUTHORITY OF VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR.

The Village Administrator and/or other duly authorized employees of the village bearing proper credentials and identifications shall be permitted to enter upon all properties for the purposes of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing, in accordance with the provisions of this or other applicable ordinances.
