§ 155.999 PENALTY.
   It shall be unlawful to locate, erect, construct, reconstruct, enlarge, change, maintain, move, demolish or use any building or land in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter. Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, or any amendment or supplement thereto, shall be guilty of a third degree misdemeanor (if the value of the property is less than $200,000) or guilty of a first degree misdemeanor (if the value of the property is greater than $200,000). Each and every day during which such illegal action or activity or failure to act occurs and continues shall be deemed to be a separate offense which may be cited and charged against the owner or property. In case any building or land is constructed, altered, changed, moved or demolished in violation of this chapter, the offending owner may be required, in addition to the above penalties, to make a complete restitution of the original status of the land and/or building to the pre-violation condition.
