§ 155.185 PURPOSES.
   (A)   The principal purpose of this subchapter is to preserve the architectural character of the village and to protect the health and safety of its citizens by regulating the demolition of structures and/or buildings.
   (B)   This subchapter is intended to accomplish these purposes without discouraging new development.
