§ 155.166 NONCONFORMING USES OR BUILDINGS; ENLARGEMENT/SUBSTITUTION.
   No existing building or premises devoted to a use not permitted by this chapter in the district in which such building or premises is located, shall be enlarged, extended or reconstructed unless the use thereof is changed to a permitted use in the district in which such building or premises is located, and except as follows:
   (A)   Nonconforming use made to conform. Whenever a nonconforming use has been changed to a conforming use, such use shall not thereafter be changed to a nonconforming use; and
   (B)   Unsafe buildings. When the safety to the occupants of said structure or structures is in danger, and then repair shall be limited to the correction only of existing threats.
