Open storage areas, loading areas, exposed machinery and outdoor areas used for the storage and collection of rubbish shall be screened from the roads and surrounding properties. Suitable types of screening include a living fence, privacy fence or dense hedges; no such screening shall be required to exceed ten feet in height.
