§ 155.135 MASSING REGULATIONS IN MIXED USE DISTRICT.

Maximum above-ground area of any building shall be 2,500 square feet on single-story buildings, or 6,000 square feet on two-story buildings. Basement square footage shall not be counted towards the maximum permitted in order to encourage efficient use of land within the village center.
