(A) Minimum lot area for commercial uses. Two thousand square feet.
(B) Minimum lot width for commercial uses. Fifty feet.
(C) Other required yards. Any residential use in the Mixed Use District shall comply with all of the minimum lot and yard requirements of the Residential District. The minimum front or side yards required for all uses in this district shall be not less than that established for the street on which the development is to be located, or five feet, except for commercial and business uses adjoining a Residential District; those uses shall provide a side yard on that adjoining side equal to that required in the adjoining Residential District. A rear yard of 20 feet shall be maintained. Where a lot line abuts an alley, one-half of the width of such alley may be considered in meeting the rear yard requirements.
