§ 155.063 REQUIRED LOT SIZE.
   (A)   Single-family dwellings and duplexes. For single-family dwellings and duplexes each lot shall be no less than 7,000 square feet unless the Commission determines that a lot of a smaller area serves the health and safety purposes of this chapter, including required yards, bufferyards and setbacks.
   (B)   Multi-family dwellings. For multi-family dwellings and all permitted uses other than those listed in § 155.061, each lot shall be no less than 10,000 square feet unless the Commission determines that a lot of a smaller area serves the health and safety purposes of this chapter, including required yards, bufferyards and setbacks.
   (C)   Other conditional uses. For all other conditional uses, each lot shall be no less than the size necessary to provide for all required yards, bufferyards, setbacks and other provisions of this chapter as determined by the Commission upon the submission of an application for a zoning certificate.
