§ 155.047 EXCEPTIONS TO HEIGHT LIMITS.
   The height limitations of this chapter shall not apply to church spires, belfries, cupolas and domes not intended for human occupancy; also, the limitation does not apply to monuments, water towers, chimneys, smoke stacks and flagpoles.
