Except as permitted within this chapter, no lot shall contain any building used in whole or part for residential purposes unless such lot abuts for at least 60 continuous feet on a public street, and the building meets all yard requirements set forth in § 155.065, including the minimum and maximum front yard setbacks and for any planned driveway. The 60-foot minimum requirement shall run the entire depth of the lot. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the chapter shall permit flag lots within the Residential District and structures built thereupon as a conditional use.
