§ 155.019 SECONDARY DWELLING ACCESS.
   For any freestanding secondary dwelling unit there shall be provided an unoccupied and unobstructed access way not less than 12 feet wide to a public street. No more than one dwelling unit per secondary dwelling is permitted. See also § 155.040.
