§ 153.085 APPEALS BOARD ESTABLISHED.

(A) The Village Planning and Zoning Commission is hereby appointed to serve as the Appeals Board for these regulations as established by village code.

(B) Records of the Appeals Board shall be kept and filed in the Community Center, 115 Meadow Lane Gambier, Ohio.
