(A) In order to pay the cost of operating, maintaining, repairing, improving and extending the utility, the Council has established and impose just and equitable charges on all users of the utility for the services provided by the utility.
(B) Theses charges are as follows:

Note: ERU is the abbreviation for equivalent residential unit and is the equivalent of 3,000 sq. ft. of impervious area | |
(C) If any charge for the service of the system shall not be paid by the due date on the water/sewer quarterly bill, a late payment charge of 10% of the amount will be added thereto and collected therewith.
