§ 151.99 PENALTY.

Any person in violation of any of the standards of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in the amount not to exceed $100. Each day such violation continues after the time for correction of the violation has been given in an order shall constitute a separate violation.
