§ 52.067 GREASE, OIL, AND SAND INTERCEPTORS.

(A) Such interceptors shall be provided at all restaurants and at all industrial or commercial enterprises when, in the opinion of the town, they are necessary to contain grease, flammable wastes, or sand and other harmful inert materials.

(B) All interceptors shall be approved by the town and shall be readily and easily accessible for cleaning and inspection.
