§ 52.008 ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY REGION V APPROVAL.

Approval of this chapter by the Regional Administrator of Region V of the Environmental Protection Agency is evidenced by the authorization received by the town on September 22, 1980, which authorization is reproduced herein.
