(A) Town residents will be responsible for placing trash collection totes curbside no earlier than 6:00 p.m. the night before the scheduled trash collection day.
(B) Town residents will be responsible for removing from curbside all trash tote containers not later than 6:00 p.m. of the day after the scheduled trash collection day.
(C) Totes shall not be stored on any public street, public sidewalk, or areas between the sidewalk and a public street outside of the normal trash collection times as outlined in this section.
(D) Town residents that are disabled or the elderly can contact the Town Hall for assistance in complying with this section.
(E) If residents are unable to remove their trash tote from the sidewalk or street due to heavy snowfall, no violation will be assessed, permitting that as soon as the resident is able, the tote will be removed according to this section.
(F) Upon the passage of this section by the Town Council, town residents will be given a 30-day period to come into compliance. A 30-day grace period will occur upon the initial warning only.
