§ 33.07 VOLUNTARY LEAVE TRANSFER PROGRAM.
   (A)   A Voluntary Leave Transfer Program is created for the donation of accumulated leave for the medical emergency of either an employee or an employee’s immediate family member that is likely to require the employee to be absent from duty for a prolonged period and to result in a substantial loss of income because of the employee’s lack of available paid leave.
   (B)   Participation in the Voluntary Leave Transfer program is as the sole discretion of the donor employee.
   (C)   Voluntary transfer of accumulated leave from a donor employee to another employee will require the donor employee to execute a Voluntary Sick Leave Donation Agreement at the office of the Town Clerk Treasurer.
