§ 32.76 DESIGNATED.

   (A)   The Clerk-Treasurer, Town Marshal, and Superintendent are authorized spending limitations as follows:

      (1)   Clerk-Treasurer: $5,000;

      (2)   Superintendent: $5,000; and

      (3)   Town Marshal: $1,500.

   (B)   The Town Marshal and Superintendent are authorized spending limitations the approval of two Council members as follows:

      (1)   Superintendent: $5,001 to $10,000; and

      (2)   Town Marshal: $1,501 to $3,000.
