§ 32.75 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CLERK-TREASURER. The person duly elected as the Clerk-Treasurer for the town.
   SPENDING LIMIT. The maximum amount of money that may be spent without express authorization of the Town Council.
   SUPERINTENDENT. The contracted Superintendent for the town.
   TOWN MARSHAL. The contracted Town Marshal for the town.
